Arkansas 

Arkansas is the Natural State. It offers great outdoors vacation opportunities to any traveler who wants to go off the beaten track. There hardly is a beaten track in Arkansas! Check for example Buffalo River, great for camping and kayaking!

The 50 state parks provide some of Arkansas’s best experiences from mountaintop hideaways with cloud-capped lodges, via lakeshore cabins with cozy fireplaces to riverside campsites along the famous White River.

Other adventurous things to do in Arkansas include: rafting, swamp tours, a museum village recreating life in frontier Arkansas, a diamond mine where you’ll search for "finders keepers" gems, prehistoric Native American mounds and many other adventures.

Little Rock is the capital of Arkansas. It is a nice old town with about half a million inhabitants. Howverem the main place travelers head for in Arkansas is Hotsprings, great hotels, beautiful lakes, and a national park are awaiting you.
